JSSO (Jordan Skills Standardization Organization:
Launched in 2015, partly funded by a USAID & aims to bridge the ICT skill gap between graduates and employers.
The mission of the JSSO is to bridge the skills gap between the supply of universities’ graduates and the requirements of the employers in Jordan by setting and maintaining skills and occupational standards, enabling the quality development of ICT talent, and increasing sector and labor market transparency and intelligence.
- Int@j launched Occupational Profile Prepared by an international consultant of IFC, and reviewed & approved by DTI – JCP USAID & accredited by HEAC.
- 3 curriculums changed accordingly in University of Philadelphia.
- 2 curriculums changed accordingly in JUST.
- Signing MoU with universities: Jordan University for Science and Technology, Al Balqa Applied University, Philadelphia University, PSUT university , German Jordan university.
